Biography:
“Coming from a junior college program, Kerbrell wasn’t used to having people examine and talk about everything he did. He felt like he was under a microscope — media pressure, the fans, the coaches. It was just much more of everything and that makes for a difficult time for a junior college player who may be surprised by the scrutiny. But, if his knee responds the way we think it will, we would expect him to be one our better players this season. He has shown signs of excellence.” — USC Head Coach Dave Odom
