Petrino announced the Razorbacks’ spring plans during Arkansas’ National Signing Day news conference on Wednesday. He said Arkansas originally planned to end spring practice with a scrimmage on April 19, but bumped it back a week to accomodate fans. “Too many events in the city of Fayetteville on the 19th,” Petrino said. “No hotel rooms available.
