McFadden Named To Playboy All-America Team

FAYETTEVILLE -- Arkansas running back Darren McFadden has been named to Playboy's 2007 College All-America Team.

McFadden, who won last year's Doak Walker Award as the nation's top running back, will fly to Phoenix today to take part in a photo shoot with the other Playboy preseason All-Americans.

McFadden finished second in the Heisman Trophy voting last season after rushing for a school-record 1,647 yards and 14 touchdowns as a sophomore. He also threw for three touchdowns, caught a pass for a touchdown and returned a kickoff for a touchdown.

Offensive guard Shawn Andrews was the last Arkansas player to be named to Playboy's College All-America Team in 2003.

The magazine with McFadden hits newstands in late August.
