Arkansas-MSU opener postponed

With storms expected Friday night, Arkansas and Mississippi State have elected to start their SEC series at 2 p.m. Saturday with a doubleheader.

STARKVILLE, Miss. - Due to the threat of inclement weather, Arkansas baseball'S Friday series opener at Mississippi State has been postponed and a doubleheader is slated for Saturday at 2 p.m. at Dudy Noble Field.

The Razorbacks will have to wait one more day as they look to extend their SEC-leading five-game winning streak. Arkansas has won 13 of the last 18 meetings with the Bulldogs, including each of the last five regular season series.

Following a doubleheader Saturday at 2 p.m., the Razorbacks will cap the three-game series Sunday with a 1:30 p.m. first pitch.
