Harrison Hears From K-State

Three-sport star Monte Harrison has spent most of the winter making headlines on the hardwood for Lee's Summit (MO) West. Home from school on Tuesday, Harrison picked up his second Big 12 offer on Tuesday.

Lee's Summit (MO) West wide receiver Monte Harrison added to his offer list on Wednesday, as Kansas State made the call to the standout three-sport athlete. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound WR was excited to hear from the Wildcats.

"K-State offered me," Harrison said. "They called my head coach today, then he called me."

The talented wideout admits he wasn't really considering K-State before, but they have his attention now. "I wasn't interested in Kansas State at first, but now, I'm looking into them," he said earlier today.

Kansas State is the fourth program to extend an offer to the 2014 prospect, joining Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.
