Up-tempo offense provides different look

The Gators came out with a different look on offense against Missouri. They showed their up tempo offense at other times in the season, but it was the focus of the first quarter on Saturday. However, it didn't produce points. It was still a chance for the offense to get some game reps in the hurry up and see if it's worth using in the future. Offensive coordinator Brent Pease liked what he saw.

"I liked it," Brent Pease said. "We've always worked on it and we've always had it. I think it?loosened them up and got some energy in our kids. It helped us for what we?tried to get out of it. "I wish we would have been a little more?consistent with it. I wish we would have had a couple of more completions. It was effective for what we wanted." The Florida offense will continue to work on it...
