Vanderbilt to face Georgia on Tuesday in SECT

Vanderbilt will face Georgia on Tuesday at the SEC Tournament in Hoover. Vanderbilt, a team given up for dead by many about a month ago after the Alabama series, has now won 12 of its last 15 games.

The 16 conference victories by the Commodores this season are equal to or better than no less than seven VU teams during the Tim Corbin era. Only the 2007 and 2011 teams (both 22 wins) had more conference wins than the 2012 squad.

Vanderbilt has a 39-30 all-time record in the SEC Tournament. The 'Dores won the 1980 and 2007 tournaments.
