Razorback head basketball coach Mike Anderson reels in his second and third 2012 prospects when Memphis Bartlett shooting guard Anthlon Bell (6-3, 180) and Birmingham (AL) Central park small forward JaCorey Williams (6-8, 190) both pledge Wednesday night to sign with the Razorbacks.
